Conference Synopsis

One wrong move can land you or your company into an unknown abyss. The lack of guidance from Social Media and non-existent controls can cost companies hundreds of thousands or even millions. The hidden risks of not understanding the many channels of Social Media are immeasurable. With a better understanding and some guidance on Social Media Patterns yourself and your company are going to be able to mitigate the arising risks.

Speaker Bio

Prior to founding CIMA IT Solutions Corp., Raul worked in the Financial audit, Operational audit, IT audit, and tax areas for banking, pharmaceutical, insurance, manufacturing, and retail industry clients in Puerto Rico, New England, and New York. He has seven-years of public and private accounting and IT experience with a strong background in information systems security and governance. He worked as a key resource for KPMG’s Northeast Region where he worked with top management in the efforts to keep up to date reporting of all projects being handled throughout the firm. He currently maintains the CISA and CGEIT certifications sponsored by ISACA. He obtained a BBA in Public Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. Recently he has been working with various clients in their efforts of how to utilize emerging technologies and social media with adequate planning and strategies.
