Jorge Santiago is a manager within the Technology Security & Risk Services (TSRS) practice in Ernst & Young's San Juan, Puerto Rico office.  Jorge has twelve years of experience in information technology risk management, monitoring of large scale IT initiatives, and advisory oversight of technology integration engagements within the financial services, supply chain management, and healthcare verticals.  Jorge has at his disposal a wide range of technical and functional skills that include security advisory, process and controls design and implementation, and project management.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, Jorge managed IT solution delivery teams in several countries for industry leaders such as Accenture, Manhattan Associates, Citibank and Connecture. Jorge was also responsible for the management of all billing, collection, and customer service systems for Puerto Rico's Aqueducts and Sewer Authority (PRASA).
