SOX – Focus on Audit Programs

 

SOX compliance continues to demand huge amounts of time, money and effort.  Underestimating the requirements for this effort can lead to misallocation of financial and human resources and increased risk of noncompliance.  In this session you will explore the basic requirements of 404, including planning, documentation, testing, timing and identification of key controls. Also you will understand what your responsibilities are and how to implement the new requirements throughout each stage of the engagement.
